Default Radiator hoses for 5.0L swap

My engine looks like it is coming today and I realized that I don't have any radiator hoses yet. I'm using the serpentine setup, sans smog pump, from an '85 GT. The water neck goes straight up so that the hose goes over the belt. Unfortunately, the early model radiator is much narrower than the later model so the hoses wouldn't work without modification.

When I had the 351W with the same serpentine setup in the car, I think I had to go down to the autoparts store and kind of cobble something together from what they had in stock. Will all the restomods and 5.0L swaps, certainly somebody must make hoses for it, right? I did see one article on Mustang Monthly's website where they said a Bronco hose would fit for the upper hose. I took a look at one at the store and I just wasn't seeing it.

TIA,

Jeff
