How many acre's?
LOL!
Doesn't an ABS pump get attached to the motor and powered thru the serp? If that is the case, I'm sure you could find a way to take one off a newer 302 and bolt it on (unless there are no bolt holes on the older motor for it) and just change the serp pullie to a V-belt pullie. But than you'd need the computer parts and sensors and all that nonsense. Too much work and you'd have to find a place to hide the ECU.
Ehh, I never really liked them just for that fact that the sensors go and when the system fails you're screwed. Yeah, the brakes go into a "manual" mode if the ABS fails, but the one experiance I had with that wasn't pleasnt. The ABS failed out and when driving you'd have to find a way to pump the brakes to keep them tight. If you didn't, the brake would go to the floor and all you could do was lock up the brakes. There was no slowing down, just locking up. The only way I'm getting a car with ABS is if it is under warrenty!

For ABS, you'd need the wheel sensors (shouldn't be too hard), ABS pump (to pulse the brakes), and the dedicated computer.
There are mechanical versions that don't need the computer and use the fluid pressure to determine if they should intervene. I've seen them in Mustang & Fords a few years ago.
