just get new ones, i was going to reuse my pushrods, but then i decided against it, it would suck to throw a rod and waste an engine over something that costs $30

Replace them with new ones. The heat those push rods have had to endure will break down the tinsel strength of them. It's called metal fatigue.

For a stock rebuild, the push rods would be fine. The rockers would depend on the where. The rocker studs would be the same (wear/install height).

Any signs of wear, warping, or push-out (rocker studs at different heights, pulling out of the head), then replace everything and machine the heads for screw-in studs.

pushrods are cheap, blocks are not better safe than sorry. especially on a mustang that will likely get raped
