just get new ones, i was going to reuse my pushrods, but then i decided against it, it would suck to throw a rod and waste an engine over something that costs $30
For a stock rebuild, the push rods would be fine. The rockers would depend on the where. The rocker studs would be the same (wear/install height).
Any signs of wear, warping, or push-out (rocker studs at different heights, pulling out of the head), then replace everything and machine the heads for screw-in studs.

can you reuse the push rod aarms in a 302 rebuild?
you can reuse them to check if there straight roll them on a table see if they roll nice if not then they are fruged but for 30-60$ go new please just of rpiece of mind
