starting problem

its can get a small hole in it allwowing it to not draw fuel in and when u push the gas pedal itopen the throttle but doesnt get the extra fuel it needs

so your saying i need a new accelerator pump like you said before? cuz i am really confused with it. do you no thats the problem because the lever sticking up?

the lever sticks up because thers a spring behind! it u cant tell if the diaphram is punctured till u take it off but if it will idle just not rev up and theres no gas being squirted in when u rev it up this is the culprit imho
