i said in another post me battery was dead and I've been thinking...should I just recharge this one or should i go and get a new one? I dont really want to pay antoher 60bucks for a new one but I mean if I have to i guess I have to. And if I charge this one, is it just gonna die again soon? thanks guys

take it to autozone and start going on about how you bought it the other day and its dead and you want another one. they gotta give you one after a while

A place like NTB would probably dispose of it for you. I'd get another one. It's no fun having to worry about where you're car is going to die on you.

I am surprised you didn't charge the battery yourself and see how long the charge lasts. Depending on the age of the battery, it should last for about 6 to 10 years if it was a good one to begin with.

that won't work baterys are date coded and I dont mean that sticker on top.

we bought the battery in about June of 05 when i first got the car. i used it to start the car a couple times and then i threw it on the shelf. i probably started the car like 3 times. i didnt charge it myself cuz i dont have a charger.

You can take it to autozone, they will charge it and test it for you for free
