It is worth what anyone is willing to pay for it, and I am assuming that will be quite a bit.

RE: BOSS 351 (1971) ?
a while back in I think mustang monthly...they had some article on exactly this. what was the fastest mustang? boss 351, SCJ, and 429CJ..had it sitting around. now i cant find it. it ran all the numbers and stuff. either way, there comments on the 351 was that even though it was small engine, it was well engineered, and it made up for size that way

Stock, the Boss 429 was an underperformer considering the pedigree of the engine. From the factory it tuned for streetable use, it needed a lot more cam and carb to wake it up.

RE: BOSS 351 (1971) ?
I have read in many places that the 351 BOSS was the fastest of all the mustangs!
P.S. I have also read that the 1972 351 H.O. is considered the last of the BOSS mustangs, because it had the 351 boss in it,
even though it did not say boss on it any where, the decals on the 1972 H.O. said '351 h.o.'

The 351 h.o. did not produce the same h.p. as the boss 351. Have you noticed boss 351's sell for dirtCOMPARED to any 69-70 boss in similiar condition.

Okay folks this is serious stuff: I am the proud original owner purchased new 1971 Boss 351 Mustang. I am seriously considering selling this car spring 2015. This car is a survivor NOT RESTORED under 30k miles.
