Not wanting a good Mustang to be slower than a newer GM type turd, there is of course the quick and dirty, instant HP in the form of NOS. Thats right gang, Laughing Gas. A 302 can handle a 150+HP boost with no problem and it is, the most bang for the buck, Typically less than $750. Either that of start down the Aluminum head highway and Supercharger.

well the nitrous kit can be found for about 350......hey don't feel to bad the guy has 20k in that car.....put 20 in your ..well you know ....I would go with a msd 6al with a rev limiter.....work on tuning that carb ..no out of the box holley is just right.....pull those heads and put in bigger valve or find a nice set of used alum heads......and you'll be next to him
