Edelbrock makes good heads and they give exact figures.
I guess Roush, but Jack is might proud of his stuff.
One month Fast Fords did a big long thing on heads, I'll see if I can find it.

best heads for what? Becase if you want a mild very driveable street engine with plenty of vacuum and a nice idle, then the biggest AFR heads wont work for you. If you want to use a blower or turbo on a stroker and make huge power then you dont want to use the smallest head even though they would be the "best" head for the engine type before this one...

What do you want to do with your car? What is your budget? Those are the first two questions you need to answer, then the head will find its way to you.. same with intakes, cams, gears, carbs, etc etc etc etc..

afr makes more than one style of heads - so in either case still afr's are prolly best. i also hear alot of good things about trick flows

Im also interested inthis. I have a 351 in my 67 and was considering Heddman headers. I saw on the header fitment chart we have that they make headers that will fit this situation and have no issues with my 1" drop. Would this sound like a good brand for normal driving but would also be good if I romped on it...?

The best ones are the yates sc1's but you want AFR's with great flow.
