RE: Installing heads
Get yourself a ratchet style torque wrench. Follow the directions for putting on the head gasket, and then tighten down the head bolts in the correct order a little bit at a time. First just snug all of them, then using the order of tightening them in the instructions, put a few pounds of torque on them, the go back and do it again, then finish with the correct torque. It's one of the easiest wrenching jobs you can do, just take your time. Give us a holler if you run into any snags. This article has some good info for you.

RE: Installing heads
yup yup.... what heads are you bolting onto this beast? if you have ANY doubts about how your tighting up the rocker arms give the forums a holler, but other than that heads are easy (and rocker arms arent hard its just a matter of knowing how to properly do it)

RE: Installing heads
thats only referring to the springs. roller cams have a steeper ramp on the cam lobe and because of that they need tighter springs to prevent high rpm valve float. i recommend you getting the springs that are matched for your cam. you can switch them over yourself by getting a valve spring compressor from autozone or whatever your local auto parts store is (most have free tool rental)
