Original only matters if that is what you are looking for. Original cars (original engine, tranny, rear end, and have correct parts) are worth more than cars that have replacement engines and have been modified. You also pay more for these types of cars. Sorry to all the coupe guys out there, but if you are looking at buying a coupe I would no worry about it being "original" unless that is what you are looking for because the value of coupes are lower than the other body styles. You will end up with much more money in the car then what you will get out of it if you sell it. Just my 2 cents.

The past few years have really sky rocketed as far as modified cars go. Mine is modifies and I'd choose it over an original one. That said, Soaring would surely pick his car over mine. Decide what you want and go from there. Besides, it's your car so you have to be the one who has to be happy with it.
