Default What is possibly the best classic mustang?

Personally i think theyre are tons of great mustangs. i love all the mustangs but really and truly once we get down who was / is the best around? some ppl will say The 67 GT500 others might a 69 BOSS429 or good ol SCJ engined mustang. whats your oppinion?

Mines probably a 69 Mach 1 with a 428 CJ.

oh yeah thats a pretty sweet ride. ive seen one beat a 440 cuda once.

I think the 69 and 70 big blocks are sweet, but a clean 65 is justclassic.

1. Mine
2. 69 Boss
3. All original 1964 1/2. If anyone finds one pm me by the way. We're sort of looking for one.

oh yeah thats truly classic ride. lol my grandpa wont consider it a classic unless it was around when he was a kid like 1912 model T or his 39 dodge. but in mustang terms yes thats pretty awsome.

the boss 9 is the best lookin stang, then the boss 302 and a 68 gt 390

I was always partial to the 69 fastbacks, followed by the 67 fastbacks.

For motors i would have to say the Boss 429 just because of how excellent of a design the motor is. 428's make TONS of HP and Torque, but there is nothing fantastic about the FE engineering.

Guess that makes my favorite a 69 Boss 429
