Default gas tank and exhaust

Am in the process of dealing with new leaf springs, and noticed that the dual exhuast, not original I believe,is closer to the drivers side of gas tank then the passengers side. Also, the rear brake line is on/close to the exhaust. I have rear that there is a replacement rear brake line that moves the line away from the exhaust, but how do you move the exhaust away from the gas tank?
