Default 351 C rebuild

Since its winter project time for us up north i am pulling and rebuilding a 73 351 Cleveland Right now as far as i know its stock. I have aussie heads and am planning on getting a new crank, con. rods, pistons, Valves, valve Springs, the whole thing. also i am getting a 30 over bore. WHat coul di get to make this car streetable? I have thought of dished pistons, roller cam/rockers, puch rod guides. What would be a good cam for it? Lift, duration, etc... are there any other things that woudl give me good horsepower with streetable capabilities. Keep in mind this is a cleveland

The aussie heads should help with low end flow, but hurt with too high of a compression ratio, so dished pistons would be good. If you can get flow numbers for the heads and invest in some engine analysis software, choosing a matching cam would be easier. Shoot for low end torque for the street, not high end power for racing. Roller cam conversion, if you can afford it, would also be good.

How much do you have to spend?

Here's is my build on my 408c stroker:

4 bolt 351c bored to .03 over
Ross racing stroker pistons making a measured +- 10.5:1 compression
4v open chamber heads with 2.19/1.71 stainless valves w/ 3 angle valve job
POlished combustion chambers and ported exhaust side
Screw in studs, 1.73 Crane gold roller rockers
New Custom Ed Curtis Flat Tappet Hydro cam (under .6 lift)
Xcelerator intake
Holley Street Avenger 770 cfm with Vac Sec for the street and a Holley 850 DP for other times
2.25 x 14 filter and xtreme air lid
Milodin oil pump, pickup, windage tray and 9 quart pan
Weiand Aluminum High flow water pump
No PS, No PB
Underdrive single ‘V’ groove crank pulley, water pump pulley and alt pulley
Mechanical Fuel Pump
Cloyes Double Roller Timing
MSD Billet Aluminum Small Diameter Distributer
MSD Blaster III coil
MSD High Capacity Wires
MSD 6a box
Spal 16inch electric fan
long tube headers
3 inch x pipe into 3 inch 2 chamber flowmaster then stepped down to 2.5 inch bent over the rear axle.

Makes 322 RWHP with the 770 VS carb.
Makes 394 RWHP with the 850 DP.

First Starting up:

I have an AOD in the car with a 4.11 9 inch. I drive it all the time and could drive it daily if I wanted but since I run the 850 DP all the time (I wonder why ) I only get 11 MPG. I was getting close to 18 with the 770.
