Dash Pad Caps

Dash Pad Caps
Hello All,
I have a 1968 mustang. The dash pad has cracked. I can get a new dash pad or get something called a dash pad cap. Has anyone used this before. Its a hard plastic shell. They claim its a seamless fit to the original and you cant tell its a cap. I do know they are alot harder so they wont sag. My question, Has anyone used this or know of anyone who has used it? Is it easy to install? Do you have any close up photos?
I want to try it, but am Afraid it will look cheesy. They are alot cheaper though.
Thanks

RE: Dash Pad Caps
Check out the links in my sig.
I have one on my 70 Camaro, and no one notices that it's a cap.
(Look under "dash fix" on my webshots site)
I also had one on my Roadrunner that was great, but I'm not sure If I have a picture on my pages or not (If I do it's probably on my cardomain site on page 3)
