That argument had me so confused that I combined em both; windsor block with cleveland heads, stroked it while I was there...
In retrospect though, I'd probably go with a 392 windsor stroker with aluminum heads, maybe twisted wedges?
If you believe Dyno 2000, my set up is good for 420 hp and 434 trq, but I live at 5000 ft, so take away 15% off the top.
