Default Making 1997 GT Rims Fit?

Anyone know what it would take to make these fit? I saw them on a Classic (If you will call it that, Soaring ) and they looked pretty good in my opinion. Plus, I'm a poor 16 year old kid so $400 for a good set of rims which I can pick up isn't too bad.

They're GT rims so they're 5 lug and I have a V8 as well. Ford made them. The lugs don't concern me - it's the backspacing that I don't know about.

Mine is already done. It was ready 2 go when i bought it. I just had to add the radio bezel, spare tire cover, lock grommets, sunvisor tips, and then sometime this month i am hoping to get the dent in the door fixed.
