Default Roll Cage

Hey. Im thinkin that i want to put a roll cage into my 66 and im wondering if anyone has expierence in doing this. I saw it in a camero once and you could hardly tell it was ther. thats how i would like it. thanks

Why do you want a roll cage/bar? Are you planning on racing you mustang? There are bolt on cages that can be installed quickly and for cheap.

I personally dont like the roll cages at alll. but if you are gonna drag race then i can see you puttin one in.

YEah its a comforting feeling that if you are on a strip at 100+ and a tire blows out you have a good chance of not gettin killed

For what it's worth, NHRA does NOT require you to have a roll bar unless you are going 11.49 or quicker. If you use a bar then it must meet NHRA spec's. Do not buy a bar just based on price as there are a bunch of them out there that NHRA will not accept........
