71 Mustang Instrument panel lights

Is there an easy way to replace the light bulbs in theinstrument panel of a 1971 Mustang?

It's the same for all Mustangs, disconnect the speedometer cable and remove the instrument panel'sscrews.

or pull your dash pad off and do it like that but .......they pretty much suck!
