Default chrome trim removal

i have a few questions abuot trim removal on my 69mach1,i want to take off all of the chrome trim on my car and pollish it.
first how do you get off the chrome trim around the windshield, then how about the side chrome trim, then how about the mustang letters on the back of the trunk.

second what kind of wax or pollish would you guys recomend to pollish my car, it does not have big scratches or deep ones just verry little fine ones. i though that since the trim was off this would be a good time to do this .
the car is raven black so it showes every little spot it also has a flat black hood is it a good idea to use a buffer on the hood or not.
thanks a lot

Default RE: chrome trim removal

Maguires 3 step is the best I have found. First is the cleaner, then the polish, then finally the wax. Most of those chrome pieces are held on with tiny bolts. Get on the backside and take the nuts off.
