Fan shroud, 3-row without a hole in it, and you should be set.

Could it have burnt the oil because it was over heating? I am going to put a new radiator on here soon a 3 row and then if that doesn't fix it the engine will get yanked and the brother that works in a machine shop will rebuild it. I was just saving that for last on my project. I was told it was just rebuilt. and then i went and talked to the guy that did it. It doesn't smoke so that is why i don't think it is the seals but you never know.

I seriously doubt it was just rebuilt. Unless you spray painetd the front bracket with the engine..
Check for oil leaks onto the exhaust for the burning oil smell. Back of the intake or valve covers are the most common. I'd change the oil when you get the new radiator in. Wont hurt... when was the oil changed last? And have you checked the plugs and timing?

Is the water pump correct? I have seen issues where water pump turns opposite direction which pushes water out..
