Wierd sound when I let off the gas??
When I let off the gas I hear a rotating rubbing/vibrating sound. When I say rotating I mean it's not constant.....it has a small interval in between the sounds....what could this be? ALSO is it normal to have a rougher ride after installing tractrion bars (the ones with the rubber stoppers to prevent wheel hop) I put them on my springs like it showed but it just feels like my car isn't as smooth. When I hit a bump, it seems like I'm hittin it pretty hard.

I think the traction bars will make the car ride rougher over the bigger bumps, anytime the rubber bumpers hit the spring, they make the ride worse....
You might want to make sure that the yoke from the axle is not striking the bottom of the car.... that could be your noise... Before changing the rear springs on my sons 66 the yoke would rub on the floor... not pretty, the sound was similar to what you are describing...
If you are still running the stock springs, and are hitting them with some HP, the springs bay have bent a little allowing the snout of the axle to rise a little thereby contacting the floor.
I know that prior to really nailing the throttle on the 66, the axle never hit the floor, afterwards it hit all the time...

Yeah, traction bars that are set to give you good off the line hook, will make the ride stiffer. Less preload will make the ride smoother but give less off the line traction

It might be worth checking the motor mounts usually the right one is broken.
But that usually causes a clunk as the engine bangs back down on its stop when torque is no longer suspending the right half of the engine in the air. IT could cause some type of other sounds too i imagine its worth a look.
