Default Bill Meier Racing

I was going thru this site and reading the posts. Brings back alot of memories to the good ol' days.
Does anyone know what happend to Bill Meier Racing, Hayward/San Leandro California?
He was big into racing mustangs on the SCCA circuit and had a shop where is sold early mustang performance and Shelby parts.

You can reach Bill here. http://www.maierracing.com/ I have purchase most of the fiberglass for my 68 from him. I think he makes some great products for us mustang guys in both suspensions and fiberglass.

Maier Racing has a good reputation in my book. I bought my fiberglass trunk lid from them. They are the ones who told me not to run springs, lite or otherwise on my fiberglass hood, that I did not purchase from them. Good guys.

Bill is still there in Hayward. I met him a couple months ago when I bought my hood from them. They let me tour the shop and see how everything works. Showed me the molds and took my hood out to a project 68 and set it in there to see how it fit before I bought it.

Bill seems like a real nice guy, down to earth. Seems very busy, active, friendly, and healthy. His son Mike seems to pretty active in the business now too. Also a nice guy. I would use these guys again for future fiberglass parts in a heartbeat.
