Shocks

RE: Shocks
if you want a bumpy ride, get the gas adjusts........if you want a good ride the gr-2's, depends on your springs if its the old worn out stock stuff then the gas adjusts are fine. Koni's are the best in my opinion........and if you want to run air shocks like we did in the 70's you run a separate air line to each one and then you dont get the "air bleed problem" but if you use them to level the car you put all the stress on the shock bushings instead of the springs......

RE: Shocks
KYB Gas-a-Just should do you fine. I have Koni's on one car but they are set soft. I can tell no difference in the ride. The GR-2's will save a few dollars, but I surely would pay it for the Gas-a-Just, you will be thankful later. Unless you are going all out on a track, the Koni's will be over kill.

RE: Shocks
true66gt throw them airshocks out fast if not when they bust through your rear shock holes youll hate the fix.a shock doesnt hold weight the spring does the shock just smooths out the ride.do you want a smooth ride or a rougher one

RE: Shocks
GR-2's are essentially an OE-replacement shock, and you'd choose this one if ride quality has a higher priority than performance/handling. Gas-A-Justs are aimed a little higher on the performance intent scale, but really aren'tintended for extreme use or for controllingsprings that are greatly stiffer than OE.
