I found a garage kept 1969 mustang fastback its a beautiful car but the front of the frame is rusted so bad i cant tell if its worth rebuilding. does anyone know if this is a common problem on the '69s and if there are repair parts for it.

hey dont worry they still have some parts...like all classic cars they do rust when kept in place..or when theres moisture and anything of that matter around, try mustangsunlimited they should have the parts u seek, or try cal-mustang.com well good luck on ur 69

check out yearone.com- they usually have a good selection of replacement parts

Make sure you check the rear rails also! I use replacement rails from Paddock, on my customer cars, they seem to fit real good!
