RE: rockers
The 5/16 studs will somewhat limit your choices....

There is only one "stud mount" selection on this whole page,,, and it is $18.00 per rocker... []
Might want to change to some 3/8 studs... Lots more choices....

3/8" rockers with 5/16" nuts. But, those will pull out with any kind of performance cam, killing the performance gains of the cam. Get those junkers out and have the heads machined for screw in studs that are 3/8" top to bottom.

I did my first set of heads with them on the car, but you're not likely to get the studs aligned properly.

A little hard to explain.

well being that my motor is already assembled.... and i dont have the money to get all that work done... will a normal cam... because thats all i have.. nothing to perfomie... just a stock replacement prety much... will my motor be ok with just the normal 3/8 rockers with 5/16 nuts?

Those are positive stop rockers. Not really adjustable. Plus you need a rail type rocker arm. I THINK comp cams makes a roller tip that woul work. With rails. Stock rail rocker will work too.
