rear drum to disk swap

does anyone have any suggestions on a good (brand/website)package for a rear disk brake kit for my 65 mustang? also wanting to put R&P steering in... any good companies that deal with this type of thing?

check out SSBC for the brakes they make a couple kits for 8 inch 8.8s and 9 inch axle setups. Flaming river has a rack and pinion setup ive been looking at. hope this helps.
