I think the general concencus(sp?) on how you should proceed is 1) tear everything off (EVERYTHING!) the car except the suspension to keep it a rolling chassis 2) get it blasted to figure out whats bad and good metal 3) replace bad metal to get a good foundation 4/5) suspension/brakes
