67 Coupe Update - :(
well i was removing the rear today to get the bottom ready to osflow for it's 24 hours and looky what i found when i removed the back seat...
oh hi mr ground.. how are you. - yeah this pretty much made me furious today. the other side wasn't bad as whoever patched it did an ok job - just a few small holes. i needle scaled it to get all the loose rust off and check where metal was still strong at since a wire wheel doesn't cut it, and well thats after needle scaling - pretty crappy huh
i saved these though, the front supports or whatever they are called.
i scaled, and cut and welded some 18 gauge into it. think i did a pretty good job.
and heres how she sits now.
looks like i'll be heading to NPD to buy a rear pan. yay!

Hey, your moving right along! My car was just as bad. I have replaced everything from the firewall forward including some of the firewall. Full floor pans, rear frame rails and trunk floor too. Rear quarters and wheel houses (inner and outer). The only thing I did replace was the passenger door and the roof!

well, the floor has had portions replaced prior to me owning it so most of it is fine. the wheel well is going to be fixed , the trunk isn't that bad, maybe a 3x5" spot that i can get off, but it's on a flat spot - i needle scaled it all over to check. tomorrow im needle scaling the whole bottom of the car to check for anything down there
