1969 - meanest stance?
For some reason I can't shake my obsession of just how the 1969 Mustang looks! I love almost everything about it body-wise.. it just looks a lot meaner then the earlier models. I am in love with everything about the car - except the inside.. especially the 6 ft dash.. but anyway, does anyone else believe that the '69 has the meanest look out of all of the models?
By the way, this is what I mean.. doesn't help that is has probably the nicest paintjob I have ever seen;
This is someones car who posted it in the pics section, I hope he/she doesn't get mad that I am showing his/her car around.. I am just absolutely friggen crazy about it.

That is a really nice coupe that you posted, i like the two toned paint job very nice.
But I do have to agree the 1969 has the meanest look too it, can even be sinister. Thats why i'm glad I ended up witha 69 mach 1 and I like the interior.. the mach 1 interior at least. The standard one... meh not so much.
mine isn't quite mean yet...

I agree. The 69 is the best looking of all classics IMHO. I am currently working on a 69 fastback total re-build. BTW, that is an awesome paint job. Usually, I don't like two tone, but that looks great. 69 was a great year, the Mets won the World Series, the Jets won the Super Bowl, and I was born.

You guys are all wrong. It has been scientifically proven time and time again that the 1967 fastback is the greatest creation ever to roll out of Dearborn. Not just any 67 fastback mind you, but mine in particular.
Yep. Scientifically proven. Look it up.

seriously though, I like the look of my '68 but I think that the '69 is anawesome example of ford muscle.
You are wrong fastbackford351 it has been scientifically proven that '68 fastbacks are the best thing since...ever...specifically a white over blck 428 cobra jet, but ill settle for my 289 coupe
