cobra jet or just 351 cleveland 4v?

i took my 71 grande to our mechanic friend a few weeks ago. he started working on it but couldnt find what he was looking for a ford rep came into his shop and started looking at my car. the ford rep said the reason he couldnt find it was because this was a cobra jet and not just a 351 cleveland.
just so i can make sure, are there any ways to tell for sure that its a cobra jet or not??

a 351c has the same engine code as a 351cj.

I don't think so. In 1971 maybe, but in '72 and '73 the CJ was a Q code. It might have been a Q code in '71 as well.

After threee or four months in 71' Ford converted to a CJ. The code is the same for both cars, the production date is what makes the difference from what I can tell.
