I've never had a problem with them. Once I did get a back order notice, but they sent the items they had and e-mailed notice of the back order of the remaining items to me. Items came in about 2 weeks after notice. One item had been discontinued by the manufacturer, so they refunded my credit card for it. Sounds like they just "Goofed" and are fixing you up OK.

Good to hear your coming out alright on it.

ORIGINAL: 109jb

I have used them and on occasion they will ship some parts from one warehouse and some from another. As a matter of fact,my last order consisted of 2 parts and One shipped from Atlanta and the other shipped from Connecticut. I live in Illinois and the packagesarrived a few days apart.
I have to say that after some not so happy experiences with other parts companies I switched to NPD.
I've bought many parts for the Malibu there...now buying for my Stang there as well. good luck on the "back order" verses the shipped document. Not much you can do...they have the money to wait you out.
