Hey, havent posted in ages. well i have 245/45/17s all the way around im thinking of putting some huge 315s in the rear and 275s in the front. What are the pros and cons

have bbk lowering springs, 9 inch posi, customized racing struts, axles and and shocks.rear sway bar and a upper front strut bar.

I don't think you'll be able to do either. I havea 67 with 235's and 295's. I could probably go a little bigger in the front but I would have to raise the car. In the rear, I couldn't get any bigger at all. the inside portion of the tire is almost into the rear/front portion of the fender welll and as you can see from this pic, their's no more room to go outward. I have shaveed off the inner bump stops and I had to beat in the inner fender well a bit with a slightly shortend axles.

You'll have to tub out the rearend to make more room, and if it was me, I'd cut down the length of differential too.

They'd look badass I think, my dad's 95 has 315's, but it'll be a good bit of work mounting them in there...
