carb repair

Hello. Got a used carb, and while cleaning it up noticed a hairline crack next to the fuel inlet. It is about one half inch long. Is there any way to repair this. i.e. epoxy, ? Thanks

Might try roughing the area up with some sand paper and using J-B weld.
