Default Gauge Problem

Yea, the other day the gauges (all) on my 66' would go all the way to the far right once turned on. I think it could be a bad ground or a regulator of some kind what do you guys think?

Thanks

Default RE: Gauge Problem

There is a gauge voltage regulator on the back of the cluster. I have never changed one but I know they are there. If you have a schematic look at that area. Sorry I couldn't be mors help.

The voltage regulator is more than likely your problem... if not that, then check to make sure you have good electrical grounding..everything on old cars have to be grounded to work properly...
