which rocker nuts should i use

Default which rocker nuts should i use

ok guys out of these two style of nuts which ones would you go with

Definitely go with poly-locks if you have an adjustable setup. Where you're going for 5/16, I'm guessing you have the factory non-adjustable setup, though. In which case, the self lockers would be basically replacements for the originals.
