Yes, that's the diaphragm style. Most places will offer both, but recommend the diaphragm clutch. It's a better design, offering more even clamping force and less pedal effort but not necessarily more grip. My factory replacement diaphragm clutch is definitely easier on my knee than my old OE clutch was, and it's much easier to feather in where the OE style clutch was much more grabby, but grip is definitely lacking in comparison. I'm still debating on whether I'll find myself a nice high performance centerforce clutch or drop back to a Boss302 clutch in the future.

so do you recommend using the OEM spring under the dash now ,, i guess we need something to pull the paddle back up right ,, the OEM spring it a monster lol .. i used the small down below

Don't know what paddles ()you're talking about, but getting to the pedal assembly generally requires that you pull the gauges. Shouldn't be that difficult, just remove the screws on the face of the bezel, pull outa little, then disconnect the speedo cable and wiring.
