Default mini tub help

gonna do the mini tub on my coupe this next week. has anybody found any helpful articles or do you have any tips on the process? Thanks you guys ROCK!

How big of a tire are you trying to fit ? I don't wanna burst your bubble because mini tuba are cool as hell. But there isn't much room to be gained if you don't relocate the leaf springs as well.

gonna try to fit as big as i can of course. maybe a 9-10.5 im guessing. relocating the springs should be a piece of cake if we get into that.

Where are you planning to relocate the springs to, changing the axle position should be easy, but what year is this going to happen in, what size rear end? I'd love to do this as well but I'm stumped as to where i would relocate the springs to, and once thats outta the question theres still that large frame rail right there...

im doing a mini tub not a full tub. just moving the inner wheel well so its even with the frame. 65 coupe

Or you can split your in half and weld in a sheet metal in the middle.

yea but then you loose that 90 degree angle in the tub. the stock wells have so much roundness to them.
