Holley's site in the fuel pump section has a lph calculator for engines. Definately need a FPR to control fuel pressure.

Need to find a spot to mount it might have to rig up some sheet metal to mount on if space is a problem and keep it away from the exhaust.

Unless you're running a monster engine, any low pressure pump like a Holley Red will work and you won't need an external regulator. In addition to a safety switch, I'd run the pump off of a relay to be on the safe side. Mount the pump as low and close to the tank as possible, similar to the Ron Morris Performance setup.

The LP pump is a Carter P60430 unit, which was < $50 at Advance Auto

^ I had one of those. It flowed worse than a stock mechanical pump.

I went through a couple of the Holley's (Blue and Red) before getting my currentEdelbrock pump. It seems to work the best for what I've used so far. You will definitely get what you pay for with electric pumps.

I use the carter to keep my holding tank full, then use a high pressure pump to push it to the injectors.

If it's a carb'd setup, I'd just run an Edelbrock mech pump.

+1 on the mechanical if using a carb.

Unless you run an f/i blow through carb setup, then you want an electric that can put out good pressure to reference with the regulator.
