Been gone a while.

Been gone a while.
Just stopping in to say howdy to all the classic folks.
Things have been ok here. The shop took off and is doing blessingly well. We (my partner and I) have overcome the inital "obtaining a good reputation" in the "one light" town we opened up in and folks are now driving from the surrounding counties to allow us to serve them.
The first 6 months were the most fun really. We decided as long as we didn't have to feed it, we would repair it. We seen anything from a brand spanking new 08' Honda Ridgeline to a 78' Country Squire LTD w/ a 140 hp 400. We also did alot of repairs on farm equipment. I split several tractors for clutch work and we did a total in frame on a 100 hp John Deere.
Things have moved forward from there. We actually have things scheduled for weeks at a time now. Folks just want things done right and we're taking the time to adapt to the community. I do, however, make sure every customer gets a call back from me w/in 2 weeks of completing the work. I want to them to know that I am genuinly concerned w/ their vehicle.
Latest pic of the Stable. (minus the wifes Truck)

RE: Been gone a while.
Congratulations on your success! Enjoy these early times, they are the best. Getting bigger has it's advantages and is usually good for the bank account, but it sucks at the same time....
Best wishes for the new year!!
