Default Harmonic Balancer

Any suggestions on which harmonic balancer to buy for my 351c - will be a 393 with 6" H rods, about 11:1 compression tops, and a Scat crank. Any other info needed?

Is the crank cast or forged?

I was told that there was no point in a forged crank as the block will let go before a cast one will. Why not H's on the cast?

Same as the crank the I beam rods will hold up to more hp then the block can handle.

If you plan on taking it to the track they may require you to have a SFI balancer other that that you can use any one you want as long as it matches the embalance of the flywheel and have the whole rotating assembly balanced.

Flywheel is zero balanced. Crank will be zero balanced too (hopefully if I can get a straight answer). The harmonic balancer is supposed to take out the vibrations from the power strokes of the pistons so was wondering which was best. I saw a few SFI ones on summit and was wondering about the 'rattler'.
