i say light silver with dark stripes
i think there's too many red/white stangs around
go bold
and a bit off the color topic..
with all the body work done, what are some estimates for a decent solid color with stripes? a decent job..better than maaco but not top of the line
i'll be painting mine in the near future and i'll *hopefully* have all the body work done myself..and my dad wants to primer her too i think

There was a white '65 Fstbk with a red interior and blue strips on ebay a while ago, it looked ****. What really set if off was the tinted windows. Lots of white, lots of red, a compliment of blue with a touch of green. Nice.

aaAAAA...I know it would look awesome but there is that slim chance that it just wouldnt come out as i imagine. PlusI havent seen arestomod paint their car white.

There was a nice shelby restomod a couple months ago in one of the two mustang magazines that was painted Caddy Pearl White with Blue stripes and it looks great. I have seen the car in person and it really stands out. The stripes on the car were a little wider than the usual Mustang stripes and on the outter edge of both stripes there was a small pinstripe (no pinstripe on the inside edge.) I'll try to find a pic for you to see.

It is really aquestion of do you want your car tostand out or not... Withthe silver and red stripes it would stand out with out question... sorry nineteen66mustang but white is to plain by itself IMO.
