Sounds like the choke is either not working properly or is not hooked up properly!If it only dies when coming to a stop your floats might not be set properly.Good Luck with it!!

Sounds similar to what I was dealing with. Adjust the choke and make sure the points are set correctly.

Thanks guys for the tips! I will check it out. My brother is out of town right now and he said it was okay to take his car out. We have been lucky in Chicago with some decent weather. Below is a pic of the engine. Sorry for the cell phone picture. I will try to get better pictures.

I will make sure to pass on the feedback to my brother. Yes, there is a rim and tire in the back seat, but its in a plastic bag. If you look closely the front tires are spare tires. He is going to buy new tires for the front of the car.

Yeah, My brother is pretty nice to let me drive his car. But I let him drive mine. I have a 2003 cobra convertible. But I have to be honest. You can't beat the classic mustangs and the sound and feel of an all power motor without any super chargers like my cobra. Here is a pic of my car.

on a rear wheel drive car when your sliding in snow and dont want to hit the person in front of you put it in nuetral and pump the brake
