FYI...those pictures wont show up here unless you change the [IMG]'s to [img]....i think that will work. or just direct link em. I did paste the picture though. Looks like a nice car!

looks nice but whats up with the 6 lug wheels and the 10 inch spacers[8D] also might want to get some lighter tension hood springs so the hood will lay down in the rear as for the trim someone will chime never heard of that sorry

How much backset do those wheels have? I don't know about the quarter window markings.
What's up with the hood?

Shelby only producedtwo coupes both in 68, onecalled the "Green Hornet" that survives today, and the other "Little Red", that met its fate in the crusher. As far as I know, these are the only ones ever built. I have never seen that stamping in a quarter window and would be interested in seeing a photo.

Nice Car!! Never heard of that stamping you are referring to!! It looks like you need to adjust your hood hinges down some.Very nice car though!![sm=gears.gif]

thanks for all the comments! yes my hinges are sprung but as a college student i can only afford so much, the wheels *dont kill me* are off a chevy and i acquired them free of charge and the spacers are 2.5in making them sit even. so no one has heard of this? i can describe a little better when you take out your rear quarter window tracks window and all the actual metal bracket that holds the window slide rails and actually bolts to the framework of the car is what is stamped shelby
