Hello all,

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how di I connect my kick down rod to my edelbrock carb? I know thier are adapters that are sold, just dont know if i would need them or how they go. I have searched a little on older posts but havent been able to figure it out so I thought I would include a picture.

You have to buy the proper Ford kickdown linkage kit for it. Summit sells them

No, those are throttle cable adaptor brackets. You need the kickdown linkage. Look up the part on Edelbrock's site and punch the number into Summit

Ya know what, I lied, sorry. Those parts are what you need. The new throttle lever hasthe lower mounting hole for the kickdown. They used to call it a 'Ford kickdown lever kit' I thought. And iirc, 69's use throttle cables, so you'd need that throttle cable bracket as well.
