Default Manifold Code Help

What do these 2 codes mean-One manifold has 7f19 and the other 7h7.

I could not find this info on the interent so I thought I would post it here.I know the "f" and "h" stand for a month and the 19 and 7 probably stands for the day of the month.....so does the first 7 stand for the year 1967?

any help? Thanks Scott
