Default Torque on Shelby fiberglass hood bolts?

Anyone know how much torque I should use on the hood bolts with a 68 Shelby fiberglass hood? Got the hood on today and rough fitted for transport. While tightening the bolts just snug I here the fiberglass just start to make a cracking sound so didn't want to tighten them too much without asking.

Thanks

Their is probably a aluminum threaded plate that is under the fiberglass (or steel), either will be thin so I would go only wrist tight. Check them often or use some loctite.

Yeah its steel from what I can see. Pretty much what I figured.. wrist tight with an extra 1/8th turn. Thanks for suggesting loctite as I hadn't thought of that.

Thanks!
