Snow pic - could have been worse
Near Peoria, Illinois. I couldn't actually get the 05 out this morning because the street had not been cleared and it was 12 inches deep in places. It will bottom out and the tires won't reach the ground. Had to drive the Cherokee to work. For you guys in North Dakota, Buffalo NY, etc.this is probably what you consider a heavy frost. The 65, of course, stays right where it is in this weather. But hey, don't my Route 66 commemorative plates look good. They're going on the 65 too.

Living in the desert we are lucky to even have snow stickto the ground... to see that much is crazy. I do like that the classic will remain classic in the garge instead of becoming rusty. Your 05 is covered like crazy... Good Luck

The "66" plates are issued by the Illinois DMV. They are a specialty plate. Much nicer than the old "Antique" plates.
I have them on my 66 coupe. They are really COOL!!!!!

I live in SE Missouri and we just got 5 in. They finally let all the state workers go home at around noon because it was snowing so hard. It took a 10 hour trip 1 hour and 30 mins to get home. I think I got stuck in the parking lot, stop sigh, the small hills on the highways, I got side ways on the road with traffic behind me... Hell I think I was even going backwards a few times. It was a real drag getting home... These mustangs are not built for snow and ice at all. It was parked in my shop and I do not think it will come out until further notice.

haha, not really. in CO we got about that much in 2 hours on wednesday. today it was supposed to be nice but i went outside and it was dumping snow. weird thing is, it was lightning at the same time. cool until it started hailing. then I was crapping my pants trying to find a gas station or something to park under.
about 2 years ago we got 3-4 feet. Even huge 4wd cars couldnt get out. Our local weatherman lives on our street and he had to walk out to a main road and get picked up by his boss so he could get to work.

We have a little more than a foot right now and it's just dumping snow right now. Wer're supposed to get another 2 inches today (thought I think we already passed that) and another 5-8 inches tonight.[:@] It closed school on Thursday and I can hardly get anywhere in my truck (1974 Chevy only 2wd[:@]).
