Coil Spring INSTALL troble
im having a little troble with my install i never installed coil springs on a car i have a coil spring compressor and new springs i compressed the spring and when i went to put it in place it didnt really sit right is it suppose to do this before you decompress it i wa wondering if i was doing any thing worng ?? Thanks

I compressed to get them out and just set the new ones on the lower perch. Then jacked it up until I could get the spindle back on.
Didnt seem as dangerous going in as coming out. My way is most likely not the proper way tho.

I had to turn (rotate)my new coil springs on the perches a little bit to get them to sit right. I can't remember the specifics of why, but I remember they were not sitting right either. Called my buddy (ASE mechanic) and he told me to turn them a little bit until they seated correctly.
