What type of flywheel/flexplate and balancer you need will depend on how the rotating assembly is balanced. Is it internally balanced, 28oz or 50oz?

As for rockers and springs, I would replace them if you are getting new heads. You will need to match the springs to your cam anyway.

If the stroker kit is 28 balanced, then your stock flexplate and balancer will be right, assuming you have a 28oz balance now. Not all 302 and 351 are 28 balanced so do a quick search to see what years are 50oz balanced. I think 82 and newer 302sare 50oz balanced, but all 351 are 28oz.

If it's a stroker kit it'll need to be balanced anyway, so use the flexplate that you're gonna have in it for balancing. And yeah, springs matched to the cam, and roller rockers are reusable if they're good, if you don't have roller rockers, spend the money and get some.
