is it hard to install cam bearings?
im rebuilding my engine for the first time and when i took the cam out i noticed a pretty bad scratch on one of the cam bearings is it hard to install a book i have says its difficult but the book is from the 70s thanks

You really need a special tool to install cam bearings. It is worth the money to take it to a machine shop and have them do it. Depending on the block, you might have them hot dip it, scuff the cylinders and check the crank. It is money well spent!
